DRAFT FOR SOLICITOR REVIEW. Not final, not in force, and not to be shown to a customer as agreed terms (VEY-58).
Veydr refund policy
Version: draft 1 (18 Oct 2026). Values in square brackets are for Amadis to fill in.
This policy is part of the Veydr terms of service. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe, within [10] working days of being agreed.
Full refund
You get the whole price back if:
- the scope and authorisation form can't be signed: for example, your hosting or backend provider does not allow
the testing, or you are not authorised over the systems you want assessed;
- you cancel before testing starts: before the signed scope form and before any scan result has reached us;
- we can't start within [20] working days of your signed scope form for a reason on our side.
Partial refund
If the engagement stops after testing has started, we refund the parts not yet delivered:
| Stopped before | Refund |
|---|---|
| Any result has been reviewed | [75]% of the price |
| The report is delivered | The price of any add-on not yet started, plus [25]% of the core assessment |
| The walk-through call | No refund of the core assessment; any add-on not yet started is refunded |
If an add-on can't be carried out because its condition isn't met (for example there is no beta or QA environment for a manual test, or no test accounts are provided within [10] working days of asking), that add-on is refunded in full.
No refund
- For work already delivered, including a report you have received.
- Because the report records findings you disagree with. Tell us and we will review them with you on the walk-through
call; a finding we agree was wrong is corrected in a reissued report.
How to ask
Write to [role mailbox] with your order reference. We reply within [5] working days.
Questions for the solicitor
- Are these refund stages fair and enforceable for business customers, and do they need to be in the terms rather than a separate policy?
- Does a full refund where the scope form can't be signed fully deal with having taken payment before authorisation?
- Should the refund for a disputed finding be addressed, or is a reissued report enough?
